While Each Project Has Their Own Game Plan, Our Process Stays Consistent. We Spend Time Visualizing The Project, Making Sure We Can Deliver Promptly & Thoroughly. Once Our Team Feels Capable Of Completing The Task, We Divide The List Of Responsibilities And Create A Weekly Check In (Daily If Needed). As The Deadline Approaches We Ensure We Have Everything Proper For Pre-Production, Production & Post. Immediately Following Production The Team Spends Time Reflecting On The Execution Of The Initial Game Plan.
